Can TV teach kids?

        If your a mom, you know the struggles of having to sit down with your toddler or preschooler and try to teach them the alphabet or numbers or whatever it may be. Lets face it, Its not as easy as it looks. Yes there may those parents out there who don't have any problems but hey they got lucky with easy kids, who knows how they did it. But here's my way.
This method also works, how do I know you ask? Because I did it with my now almost 6 year old and when he went into preschool, the teachers were telling me how he knows all the letters and numbers and most of the kids don't know any! I was surprised. So anyways what is the method to the madness?

Get a portable TV player for your car. And ONLY put on Learning DVD's. Anything that teachers numbers, letter, words, whatever you want them to learn. And here is a little tip. I purchased these learning DVD's off Amazon called "Preschool Prep", A family member told me about them and they are awesome!
