A Small Little Tip Today about Remotes

Did You know there is a way to tell if an old TV remote still works without having the tv its made for.? I just Found this out and its totally cool. Maybe I'm the only one who didn't know about it but I still wanted to share it incase there is anyone else out there like me. I actually have no idea exactly how its possible but it does work.
What You do is make sure the remote has batteries in it, then Turn on your camera on your cell phone and point the remote directly at your screen while the camera is on Selfie Mode and you will see the light on the remote turn on in your camera screen phone, but if you look at the remote itself when you do that, you cannot see a light on at all. Its pretty weird how this works but also a totally neat trick
